Barker Minerals Announces Final Closing on Shares for Debt Agreements
Prince George, B.C., June 6, 2012 -- Barker Minerals Ltd. ("BML" on TSX/V) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the final closing of the "shares for debt" transaction previously announced on May 8, 2012. The Company has issued 1,600,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share for a settlement of $80,000.00 in debt.
