Barker Minerals Announces Closing of Private Placement
Prince George, B.C., May 29, 2008 -- Barker Minerals Ltd. ("BML" on TSX/V) (the "Company") announces that it closed a non-brokered private placement in the amount of $1,257,000.
The Company issued 12,570,000 common share units (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit.
